 Ayurveda and me

Since 2011 I work in the field of Ayurveda massage. I received an important certification in India at the Dr. Franklin Panchakarma Research Institute in Kerala one of the most prestigious Ayurveda Institutions of Kerala. Since then my experiences and my passion are what allow me to perform a massage with therapeutic purpose, not necessarily just relaxing. Each person is at the time of the massage for me unique, who transmits and receive energy. I think in this exchange and I never run more than two/three hours massage per day. This allow me to give all my skills and expertise without failing to fatigue, because to massage requires a special "force" too.
It was the union between yoga and massage that allowed me to enter more and more in tune with the different characteristics and physical needs. For the Ayurvedic medicine (in which also falls within the massage) physical activity, the execution of asanas for therapeutic purposes it is part of a balance, together with nutrition with the power for the prevention of diseases are very important. The balance is the basis of these characteristics, as also the meditation and techniques for proper breathing (pranayama) that Ayurveda addresses. In my massages there's me and all of this described above.
